The Cash Back Program is simple and straightforward.

 

Here's how it works: The traditional five percent (5%) commission is built into the price of the property, and while we'll help you negotiate a lower price, the seller has to pay the entire 5% commission on the final negotiated price.

 

When you use one of our agents to represent you in the purchase of any Panama home listed with another agent, we receive a cooperating commission.

 

BUT since we don’t charge commissions- once the transaction has closed and Flat Fee Realty receives the buyer's side of the commission, we'll cut you a check for forty percent (40%) of the cooperating commission. Our share will generally be 2.5% - so you'll get back 1.00% of the price of your home.

There are no contracts to sign that require you to use us exclusively. We don’t believe in them either. The bottom line is that you need to be comfortable with who you are working with in what is likely to be one of the largest purchases will ever make.

 

The cash back does not increase the price of your home since the seller is paying the cooperating percentage regardless (to his broker).
