Making the offer: Once you’ve found a home that you think you want to buy, we'll help you put together an offer. We won’t tell you whether to make an offer or not. Nor will we tell you what price you should offer.

Instead, we'll help you evaluate the positive and negative features of the property - and their value to you. When you're ready, we will make an offer. If the seller doesn’t accept your offer, we will ask them to give you a counter offer and then help you prepare a response.

Negotiating the Contract: we will help you negotiate and understand the contract to make sure that there are no clauses that would be contrary to your best interests.

Holding the agreement together: It's a sad but true fact that many real estate purchase agreements never make it to closing. Dozens of different problems can arise during this crucial time, and unless you have someone on your side to attend to them, they spell doom to the closing.
